As the CRM system is online and accessed using a web browser from any computer, it can easily be accessed from anywhere (Sales rep using a laptop out on the road, Director from their home computer, etc.). Additionally, as it is hosted away from the office, the business does not need to worry about maintaining a server, running backups and the other associated costs and risks of running the system locally.

In Consultation with the organisation Solas will model the existing business processes. Solas will then design a unique CRM solution around those processes, maximising the organisations contact with their customers.

Solas Works closely with OpenCRM a CRM product by Software AddOns. This product is ideally suited to businesses with 5-30 employees. Open CRM is not a product you can by. From only £35/m provides you with a hosted solution. The monthly charge covers the costs of maintaining and backing up the servers to ensure you never have an interrupted service.

£49/user (£99 for the first user) per year covers you for unlimited email & telephone support of the system. The system can be used 'out of the box' but to have it modified to your specification and requirements costs only £600/day for consultancy and labour.
